The sales and catering team are the absolute best to work with. Very accommodating and helpful. Last minute changes were not a problem. Kudos to entire team. Special shout out to Lois and Lester. So many to mention like Dean and Chris. There were others we didn’t get all the names but our event was a success. They went over and above.

Hotel was nice and clean. We arrived with a very large trailer, heading out west. We were worried about parking on the street and they were very understanding and accommodating and had us park in back in overflow parking. Even more, we were more impressed with the restaurant in the hotel (Terrace). Our waitress, Heather, was fabulous. Anyone who travels with young kids knows how tiring and overwhelming it can be. My wife and I booked the Radisson Hotel in Bismarck for our wedding this last weekend and they were amazing. There wasn't an event on the Friday before our wedding so they let us set everything up a day early. They let us use a room for storage and gift opening if we wanted the next day. They also gave a complimentary room to us for booking our wedding there. We worked with Brenda Mack and she was very helpful and informative.
