Our experience couldn't have been better. My mom's washer and dryer were actually delivered and installed the same day we purchased them. From the sales staff to the guys who brought everything to the house, they honestly couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The washer and dryer are pretty fantastic too, she tried them out right away.
I was sold an antenna, plus intallation, which cost close to $400. It never worked well, and no better than my ancient antenna. When I called today to discuss the issue I got every conceivable reason other than the antenna wasn't ever going to work well in my location. When I asked why they'd suggest that antenna if they knew it probably wouldnt work well, I got the answer that that's the only one they sell. So that tells me they wanted to make a sale. Period.
