Update: Bill from perpich TV called me this morning And expressed regret About the situation and wished I had called him first before writing review.... To see if we could work something out. He said the technician has been off his game lately and he will talk to him about what happened. Said he will give me discounts on future appliance sales and services. Old style Rooftop TV antenna at Lake Vermilion cabin didn't work anymore so had technician come out. He found out that the amplifier was burned out so he replaced it with a new one. He worked diligently trying to adjust the small side antenna to get nbc, cbs, abc, and PBS stations in. He finally got all of them in except for the PBS stations. Unfortunately the ABC stations don't show up anymore. Total cost was $600 for 3 and 1/2 hours of work and all I ended up with where the channel 11s, from the cook Minnesota transmitters... read more
