I was sold an antenna, plus intallation, which cost close to $400. It never worked well, and no better than my ancient antenna. When I called today to discuss the issue I got every conceivable reason other than the antenna wasn't ever going to work well in my location. When I asked why they'd suggest that antenna if they knew it probably wouldnt work well, I got the answer that that's the only one they sell. So that tells me they wanted to make a sale. Period. Bought a 18 inch Samsung dishwasher 2 years ago. There was a shortage but they got me one from Chicago supplier a month later. Turned out remodeling was delayed for months but they started warranty when my contractor installed it and not when I bought it so that was great! Samsung reviews not the greatest but said that they had not seen many repairs. Have used it a lot with no problems.
