I bought 2 instinct M800 cell phones from this radio shack on countryside dr back in 2-16-09 spent over $1000.00 dollars. The person whom i bought these phone from sold us a replace program for a aditional price of 69.95 x2. We were told if ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THESE PHONES IT WILL BE REPLACED IN THE STORE.
