Once my primary care doctor gave me a script for a DEXAscan and months later for my annual screening mammogram, I called Radiology Assist and got an appointment earlier than expected for a reasonable cash-pay price. I'm not rich, I'm not yet 65, so Medicare is out of reach yet.
