Went in for a CT, tissued my veins twice. Then was booked in for a follow up procedure two days later, Got a phone call and asked if I could change my appointment to an earlier one. Agreed, got there in 15mins from the call. Sat waiting for an hour, got up and left as it was now nearing my original appointment time and I had enough of this place. Spacious free parking and waiting area. Very convenient. The receptions are quite friendly and efficient. My sonographer is very friendly and thoroughly, explaining everything very detail and clear. She is very lovely and friendly. She has made me more relaxed. Too bad I didnt get her name, it was in the Wednesday morning I came here. Overall, five stars service and beyond my expectations. Definitely will come here again if I need any digital imaging in the future. Bulk billed even make it much better. Well done

I’ve done my spine MRI here. The actual scans is the main problem here. I created an app account that never worked properly, and after I called them about it, they deleted it altogether. In total, four phone calls and three “IT department promises” later - still zero results. It’s 2025, and I thought getting your own medical images wouldn’t be this hard. But with this place, it feels like you need a miracle or a lawyer just to see what you paid for.
