It was easy to make an appointment by phone. Reception was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfy. The MRI staff were very good and explained the procedure and answered my questions. Very impressed by the gowns. Highly recommend this practice.
Have always had great experiences here. Had a CT scan done today and Joel was great. Put me very at ease and explained every step before doing it, making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. Very quick, easy and painless procedure, but also very thorough. The reception staff also managed to move my appt up a couple of weeks, which was so helpful!
Procedure went very well and was made to feel relaxed, and all involved were lovely and very professional.
CHECK YOUR BANK AFTER YOU GO THERE!!!. I was mischarged over 900 dollars for a 320 dollar elective procedure???...the admin staff bungled the initial payment transaction at first, & only i found this mischarge after i had left the premises and was on my way home, i returned and they attempted to rectify it ...and charged me again!!!? ...leaving my savings balance locked up on a Friday, for 5 working days- leaving me unable to do my shopping for essentials whilst in town, I had to go through the fraud services at my bank to ... read more
