The staff at Launceston radiology are fantastic. Reception team were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My appointment was on time. My MRI was completed by John who made me feel at ease being my first time. John explained the process, assured me,cracked some jokes and answered all my questions. From walking in, to leaving, the whole experience with Radiology Tasmania - Launceston was a pleasant experience

My attendance at the radiology department was very pleasant, my concerns relating to having x-rays taken is the obtaining of the report relating to same. As a 17 year old I received avascular necrosis of the hip joint after being left for over 9 hours with a dislocated hip. I was not aware of the avascular necrosis until the age of app 31 years of age when I was informed by a lawyer that the above had occurred. Lovely helpful receptionist. Didn't have to wait long before xray. Radioligist also welcoming. Certainly recommend anyone to have their xray there.

Very helpful staff. Car park is a great benefit as well. Being able to get off the street. Easy process and procedure

It was easy to make an appointment by phone. Reception was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfy. The MRI staff were very good and explained the procedure and answered my questions. Very impressed by the gowns. Highly recommend this practice.
