Might I suggest a change in the design of your web page and patient portal? To have yellow on white and vice versa makes it extremely difficult to read. Whatever colours you use please place dark on light or vice versa. Imagine if this text was yellow.
The blonde old receptionist here is loud and rude. As a patient in waiting room she practically shouts at patients. So much for patient confidentiality
