Friday, 27 June 2025, 11:20, I attended Radiology Tasmania -Glenorchy, Tasmania. There is ample parking nearby, within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, if you do not need assistance or the use of a walker. I found the receptionist staff very courteous, including an Asian receptionist who ran to the door to hold it open for a patient with a walker, my receptionist who is very tall and wearing glasses, and an older blonde receptionist who answered my questions professionally and courteously. Might I suggest a change in the design of your web page and patient portal? To have yellow on white and vice versa makes it extremely difficult to read. Whatever colours you use please place dark on light or vice versa. Imagine if this text was yellow.
The blonde old receptionist here is loud and rude. As a patient in waiting room she practically shouts at patients. So much for patient confidentiality
