I waited 18 minutes on the phone as I needed to cancel an appointment only to receive a recorded message advising there was no one to take the call and I was then disconnected. This was during business hours on a weekday. Totally unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to drive to their office to cancel an appointment and their app does not offer the option for me to make, change or cancel appointments.
While this radiology practice is great the length of time spent waiting to be answered when you call is ridiculous but seems this is the norm nowadays
