I was sent for an x-ray after being hurt at work. Doctor ordered STAT on Monday and still do not have results. The lady at the registration seemed confused about the diagnosis codes and 2 people already went through the other registrar, going in front of me. It's COMP, they are going to pay it. She probably didn't order it that way. This is pending on my work restrictions. Horrible place. Nothing against technologist. She was fine.
My sister was spending the weekend with us. Her Dr is here in Midland. She had an X-ray order, and we heard it's faster at the 555 building than at Orchard. When we checked in they told us the tech was on lunch and would be back in one hour. We made an appointment for one hour and five minutes later. We ran an errand and came back. They then told us that the tech didn't leave til noon. So she could have done the X-ray, theoretically, before she left. So they told us it would be another half hour. Slow moving office with lots of issues on the front end. Tons of printer issues and I offered to fix their printer for them since I work in IT. Turned me down right away and took forever to get me in.
