A paragraph of notes on a CT scan that said they couldn't say anything about the area that was the focus (my bladder) because it wouldn't fully descend. Yet my urologist says it's perfectly clear and whoever made those notes didn't know what they were doing. Customer service just stammers and says it'll be sent to collections when I called to ask why I'm paying $150 for something unnecessary to be done poorly. If my doctor is going to read it and make his own notes why do I need someone else to?
