You should consider who you have working at your front desk. We are here for an 8am appointment, yes it’s early but is the nasty attitude necessary? The front desk is your first point of contact and not even being able to return a good morning or make eye contact is beyond disrespectful! People are coming here for xrays and sonograms, not for breakfast! Kindness can go a long way!! Maybe try explaining that to your employees!
Yes had a appointment for exray of my knee was kinda disappointed with the amount of stairs I had to climb to get into building 😔 looked for a ramp found it it was blocked and wasn't able to go on it blocked by a car 😞....knee pain and stairs ... definitely was nervous.n in pain going up...no problems other then the stairs
