Not one person in the office can provide the correct contact for their billing. That’s irresponsible and unprofessional. Cleveland Clinic needs to oversee this provider more closely. It’s ridiculous
Will not return extremely rude the radiology department and the front desk rude definitely will drive the extra hour to go to Cleveland main these docs here are trash .
I'm sure there are people in this department that a good people but in 2 trips in the last 5 days I have yet to find one. I watched them treat my mother with everything but respect from the women behind the desk to the doctors...if you have options to go elsewhere, use them....
