Technician was little rude in her voice and complaining bout how busy there are due to holidays waiting time to be seen is horrible no communication I sorry but they need to get better
I made an appointment here to get a finger x-ray, arriving 10min early. First red flag should have been when they said it was "first come first serve" despite me having been given an appointment time. I sat waiting with my completed forms for 30 min, and noticed that people who sat down after me were getting called but not me. When I inquired about when I'd be seen, as I had an important call 1.5 hr after my appointment time that I needed to leave time for, the desk lady said I would be next. Well, I was NOT called next.
