Whilst the reception staff were professional, the radiologist was very negligent of my mother who is an arthritis patient and was forced to get up instantly after her MRI although she requested a minute to get up slowly. She was pricked in 3 places for the contrast dye, and was refused a band aid to stop bleeding. At the end of the MRI, the radiologist forgot to take out the cannula...
Clean facilities. Lovely staff, gets it done quick and easy with professionalism. Street parking or accessible park in front entrance available.
This afternoon, I had a nerve root block at Radiology SA at Memorial Hospital. The staff were amazing - made me feel at ease and explained everything as they went along, so I knew exactly what was happening & what to expect. They were very professional, friendly & attentive - such a good experience. Thank you so much.
11sept24 Just wanted to compliment the caring nursing staff members, doctor and reception staff for my wife’s appointment. We were made to feel very special and the explanation provided by the nurse Sandii was excellent. Bravo to all of them.
July 22ND 2024 .Want to thanks to Cristina Johnson at reception department she treated me like a king .
