I had an appointment at Marion Centre on Friday 12th December. I saw the receptionist, checked in and took a seat to wait for my name to be called. When someone did call my name (my first name only), I spoke to him and told him that when I booked the appointment I requested a female sonographer to do the ultrasound. He asked me if I had mentioned it to the receptionist at the desk and I said I had not, because I thought that the original person I had made the appointment with would have made a note on the computer. The doctor was quite nice, but one of the receptionist is quite cold and mean to me (but not to another patient and the other receptionist), exactly like the what the comments says (even if they are a few years ago). Should have checked more google reviews for different clinic before make booking.
Really efficient and knowledgeable staff at check in and great experience with ultrasound. Kind, patient and friendly. Thank you ☺️
