Very disappointing experience. Will go elsewhere for all imaging from now on. Had a poor experience with the sonographer who had zero bedside manner and huffed at me simply because I didnt instantly understand how she needed me positioned for the ultrasound. Apparently it was an inconvenience that she just had to simply show me how she needed me to be positioned. Furthermore, I waited to hear from my Doctor for the results but oddly didnt hear from them so rang my GP practice who stated they hadnt received the results yet. S... read more
Bad experience with the radiologist. I was not made comfortable during the US for my thighs. Unprofessional and mean. By the looks of all the reviews, it’s just not me who had a bad experience over there. Radiology SA should consider all these reviews. Not coming back or suggesting anyone
My recent 32-week scan experience with Radiology SA was extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. I had booked my scan for 9:00 AM and, despite arriving just 8 minutes late, I was made to wait nearly an hour. During this time, I had to hold a full bladder — which, being in my third trimester, was incredibly uncomfortable and difficult.
