I had a scan at Marion today and was a wonderful experience. Kate(sonographer) was amazing and explained everything clearly which made me very comfortable during the scan.
Had my first dating scan here and it was a great experience for me. All the receptionists I encountered were friendly and helpful and informative. I made an appointment and I arrived 15 minutes before and they were ready for me right away, only spent total 40 mins there. The sonographer was also super friendly and really positive which was great. Really put me at ease.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency. At the time of enquiry, I was quoted $245 and was specifically told I could listen to my baby’s heartbeat during the ultrasound. After the scan, I was suddenly charged $290 with the excuse that “charges were revised from 1st July” — something I was never informed about before. On top of that, during the scan they refused to let us hear the heartbeat, saying they only “measure the frequency” and don’t have the facility to play it.
