The staff were very friendly and professional. 5 stars for that. However, when I booked I was told my MRI would be bulk billed. The receptionists decided the medicare payment status of my booking was an error - even though I told them I was advised it would be fully bulk billed. I had no choice other than to pay and end up with an unexpected $215 out of pocket cost ($551 up front).
Found the sonographer very rude. The receptionists were also very flat and I felt no friendliness about this place. Only good thing is the wait time other than that I wouldn’t recommend going here especially when they don’t show any compassion at a hard time for the individual. Very disappointing
