The ultrasound tech was extremely rude and rushed.. the fact that he was bringing up miscarriages to someone expecting their first baby who has a lot of concerns is super unprofessional I thought something was wrong with my baby
I have extreme needle and medical phobias and the surgeon, ultrasound tech and nurse who performed my procedure made me feel very safe and comfortable and in skilled hands, catering to all my needs throughout.
I have never had such a caring experience. All the staff were compassionate and so efficient. I could not have asked to be treated any better. Good job.
If you value self worth...DO NOT GET AN ULTRA SOUND DONE HERE. Avoid this place at ALL costs! The young Asian lady..hanh? About 18? Skinny is very abrupt. Not much customer service. Obviously been in her job too long and treats you just like a number. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. Very rushed and if id only known there is no way I would have gone there to experience shocking customer service. Very surprised and dissapointed coming from a so called good hospital. Recently attended for a scan all the staff from reception to the Radiologist very friendly and professional . Would highly recommend.Radiology SA.
