My appt was very early in the morning. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The radiographer was wonderful. Friendly, kind and reassuring.
I was attended by Caroline and she was amazing. The front staffs were very friendly as well. Had such a great experience

I have been here twice in the last 6 months and both times have had exceptional customer service. Have had Suzy both times and a young lady today ( can’t remember her name ) were very helpful, warm and nothing was a bother to them. Loved how they worked well together also. What a team!! The staff behind the scenes were also fantastic. Clean rooms and entire process was a breeze. Thank you
Suzy was fantastic. I had an appointment at 6:30pm booked 28/10, a lovely lady a week ago told me to call on the day of my appointment to see if there was any cancellations however when I called to check Suzy let me know unfortunately not. I had to stick with my 6:30pm appointment. A couple minutes later she calls back to let me know she’s noticed my home location vs where my work location is plus all the driving to get too & from the appointment plus the waiting around for an 1 hour & a half.
