Excellent experience from start to finish. Medical receptionist's are knowledgeable and friendly. Medical Imaging Techs calm, friendly and professional. Underwent an intervential procedure and can say the Radiologist was experienced and made me feel at ease. Very grateful for their expertise. 5 stars!!!
Staff were nice but the car park is a pain. If you have a four-wheel walker and park in Dulwich Ave, unfortunately, there is no ramp access to the front door.
Went in for a brain MRI without contrast today, and despite my anxiety surrounding the scan, I was reassured repeatedly by the MRI technicians of my concerns, was offered a blanket, and even a particular choice of what music I wanted to listen to which definitely helped for comfort considering the otherwise uncomfortable nature of the procedure. I couldn't thank the MRI technicians enough. :)
I went today for mri. I can't thank Caroline and all who attended me today. Even with a minor hiccup with contrast they showed a lot of patience to ensure test was completed satisfactory. Thank you to all. Christine
Took my child twice today - both times were excellent! Lovely and patient staff. Understanding of both my child and my needs for each encounter. Very happy with the care today. Thank you!
