Not sure if they place was always this bad or has been bough out by activist investors but it has become a nightmare to work with. My images keep disappearing from the portal and calling just gives me automated instructions to look on my portal for my images and then just hangs up. Pennies are getting squeezed all over the place with this company.
This place is very nice, but the service, from the receptionist to the person who performed my abdominal ultrasound, was extremely unprofessional. The blonde woman with glasses (I don't remember her name) was neither empathetic nor pleasant to the public. The technician who performed the ultrasound acted as if she were doing me a favor, even though I was paying for the service. This site is a joke. I made an appointment for an ultrasound, and they canceled on me twice, telling me they didn't have a technician available. I do not recommend it.
