I have never visited Exact Radiology Underwood before (I usually go to Chapel Hill) and was very nervous because of the upcoming procedure. Thanks to the team of Dr Hien Lu, sonographer Jess and cytologist Dan, I started feeling more or less at ease there. They were so friendly, attentive, kind and re-assuring. I had a wonderful experience at the radiology Qld Group today! Jessie, who did my scan, was amazing — she explained every step so clearly and took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
The worst and longest wait! My husband comes in first before everyone but he’s always needing to wait over an hour. The girls at reception keep making up excuses changing saying this and that! So unprofessional. Unfair is it what it is
Waited 4 weeks for an appointment to have it cancelled 2 days before the appointment. Re-appointed in another 4 weeks. Probably another 4 weeks before I get the results.
Absolutely crazy how long you wait at this place. 1hr and 20 minutes and cancelled. Exact radiology was great. Now new company triple books. Take a pillow and some food before you go.
