Amazing Experience with my scan with Technician Pooja. She briefly explained everything and relieved us. Friendly staff, reasonable prices as compared to other radiologists and minimal waiting time. I would recommend everyone for their services. Thank you 🙏🏻

Had booked for a friend to have a specific scan on her foot. Requested a specific day and time which they were able to accommodate, so details of the type of scan required were read out twice to clarify what was needed. Booking made. Received two text messages to be at the clinic 15 minutes prior to allotted time. Arrived at clinic an hour prior to appointment went to book in only to be told they didn't do that type of scan at that clinic. To say disappointed and frustrated about this is an understatement. Very disappointed with my experience. I had an ultrasound appointment booked and received a cancellation on very short notice. Medical appointments often require people to arrange time off work, childcare, transportation, and other commitments, so cancelling at the last minute is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. While unexpected issues can happen, I expected better communication and a genuine effort to accommodate patients by offering a prompt alternative appointment. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my ultrasound appointment on Tuesday, May 12th, at 3pm, for a pelvis, abdominal, and breast ultrasound. My experience with the sonographers was exceptionally negative. I attended this practice for a pelvic ultrasound as part of a fertility investigation. While I understand that transvaginal ultrasounds are routine procedures and that sonographers are working to obtain accurate images, my experience left me feeling embarrassed, unsupported, and distressed. I would like to acknowledge that the reception staff at this practice were fantastic.
