The receptionist is incredibly kind and helpful. When I visited to make an appointment for an ultrasound, she explained everything clearly and scheduled my appointment with great care. On the day of my appointment, I accidentally forgot to bring my referral paper. She kindly adjusted my ultrasound time slightly, allowing me to go back and get the referral without any issues. Thanks to her, I was able to have my scan smoothly.
Radiology Queensland Group. Part of Carlisle Health. I started using this business way before the new name. Years ago! They are always kind and professional. Every staff member. Every visit. My first time here was because I was not treated nicely at the most well known business of this type. And I did not have far to walk to enter. It is SO worth the change! I have severe anxiety and weight and mobility issues. If anyone was going to be treated unkindly, I'm most likely to be. But here - I just feel so relaxed. Polite. Kind.... read more
Front desk lady that looked after us was absolutely amazing! we didn’t catch her name but she was so incredibly friendly & helpful which made us feel so comfortable!
Not a good experience with arriving 2 out of 3 staff weren’t friendly, too busy on personal phones and talking instead of communicating properly with patients. I was Very disappointed in the reception staff with how they deal with patients. . Very unprofessional and unorganised. Meanwhile the male I had who had done my Ultrasound was wonderful, explained himself well, and gave good direction before the procedure and after.
Absolutely horrible experience at this radiology clinic. I booked my appt for today.. on the phone call I confirmed three times but they texted me that it was confirmed for Friday, I didn't check because I don't have time for these things. I had to fast for 10 hours. I fasted and went to the clinic with 2 months baby . I even take off from my job for these bloody people. But she said that this is a misunderstanding. It is a waste of day due to these unprofessional and unruly staff.
