The receptionist is incredibly kind and helpful. When I visited to make an appointment for an ultrasound, she explained everything clearly and scheduled my appointment with great care. On the day of my appointment, I accidentally forgot to bring my referral paper. She kindly adjusted my ultrasound time slightly, allowing me to go back and get the referral without any issues. Thanks to her, I was able to have my scan smoothly.

I had an injection for an injury done at the Underwood Radiology clinic and it was an excellent experience. The reception staff were really helpful, professional and knowledgeable and supportive of my situation. And the doctor and the assistant were very professional and did their job properly and promptly. The service provider was of high quality and I would also recommend Underwood Radiology clinic to anyone that needs a scan or an injection done. Medicare covers all the costs for Aus citizens.

I had two ultrasounds, an abdomen and trans-vaginal pelvic exam. The receptionist, Ella, was very kind and patient with me, and answered all of my questions without judgement. I felt very informed, safe and ready for my appointment. The sonographer who conducted my scans was very professional, and compassionate as well. He ensured i was comfortable, and reassured me that if i had any pain or worries that he would stop if i requested. Overall, this was a fantastic experience.

Just to give a big shout out to Jessie for being so friendly and patient with my pelvic ultrasound in early April. I was a bit worried before the session because of the low rating but Jessie’s amazing in: 1. Explained everything clearing for me as a non native speaker 2. Gave me detailed instructions for each step 3. Offered me emotional support to clear my concern for the symptoms Thank you Jessie!
