Arrived 15 mins ahead of the appointment, despite the fact that I had forgotten to bring the referral letter. Upon realizing this, I promptly asked if I could return home, which is only five minutes away, to fetch the letter. I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm, and I followed their instructions to arrive 30 minutes early. After waiting, when I started to filling the form, the receptionist informed me that I couldn’t get my X-ray done because their machine was broken. This was extremely frustrating as they didn’t notify me beforehand, despite me booking this appointment a week in advance. I’m very disappointed on my appointment day for growth scan. The sonographer performed the scan very quickly, seemed he was in rush and not showing pictures properly. He took hardly 5 minutes for the whole scan. He didn’t even scan all the baby’s organs and randomly took pictures. I had good experience with my previous scan at the same place, which was done by different sonographer. But this time I am not happy at all. Do not recommend! I did an X-ray & ultrasound. They told me the report will be ready in 2-3 days. It’s been over a week and it’s still not ready. I called them multiple times to follow up on it and they said it’s already put on urgent (this was a couple of days ago). I’m seeing the specialist today and ask if the specialist would have access to the images at least or if they can send it over. They said they’re not authorized to do so. Not helpful at all.

Don’t understand why the reviews are so negative. Same to many other positive experiences, I had a great one too. All the staff are professional and friendly, the lady on the phone made my appointment gave me very good advice. The lady did my ultrasound scan was very patient and approachable. Will definitely go back!
