Have always had a great positive experience at radiology Queensland Oxley. staff were so professional and friendly , especially the radiologist Mrs. Surbhi was very caring and experienced, she always took the time to asked for consent if I was okay on each step. I have done my all ultrasounds/scan there with her throughout my pregnancy so far and I was nervous going into my appointment at the first appointment but the level of care really eased my nerves. I had to come here today to get some scans done and I was quite concerned and worried about them. The 2 girls on the front desk Dee and I don't know the other name sorry, were lovely and helpful. But my big thanks go to Carl, who actually was my radiologist through my scans today. He was so friendly and nice and had such a great personality. I was really nervous about it all. He explained everything to me to clearly but made me feel relaxed the whole time. Thank you Carl, you are an asset to this practice. Job well done.

The staff are kind polite and very helpful. the waiting room is amazing . plenty of space definitely will come back to this place.

Had the utmost of care from the radiologist and staff today. Attended with my Mum who was in a large cumbersome wheelchair with no mobility and a lot of pain. Manouvring a lady with dementia and no mobility for an OPG took so much patience, kindness and understanding. Many thanks for today, we tried - I said I was nothing but persistent - and although we didn’t receive a result, which was not at all the fault of the staff or the equipment, I would not hesitate to attend again for any imaging myself or my Mum require.
