I had a very disappointing experience with the practice. After taking the morning off from work and readjusting my whole schedule to make it to my 20 week US appointment I receive a message one hour before my appointment saying that I will need to be rescheduled because no sonographer was available. The receptionist initially offered no substitution and then she only offered an appointment two weeks later. I am actually in awe of how horrible the receptionists are at this clinic. As soon as I walked in, the lady who was behind the desk was rude as can be. No common courtesy whatsoever. I was asked to have a full bladder upon arrival, at which time I then waited 1 hour before I was seen. After my appointment, the second cross-eyed receptionist was even more rude! 21.10.2025 I read the mixed reviews which were concerning. However, my concerns were dispelled by the warm welcome and helpful service at the Reception. And I commend the Radiographer for her professionalism, patiently explaining the procedure to me and putting me at ease. Thank you to the team. Highly recommended! 💯

The front desk reception was extremely poor. I came twice. The first time, she impatiently told me to come back at 11 on Monday without even recording my name. When I arrived on time, she told me there were no seats available without offering an apology or explanation. Her attitude was extremely bad and showed no kindness at all. You are so shameful. Discriminating against Asian customers.

Hopeless. After taking my son out of school and arriving 10 minutes early after having arranged for a specific scan the previous day. 20 minutes after my booked scan time I am told that they do not offer the scan I had specifically booked the day before. Rage.
