Inala Queensland Radiology group was so helpful their attention to customer service is really satisfying, the lady at reception today Thuy was so helpful kind and supportive. A huge thank you to Dr. Kathryn indeed she is the best, she was handling my scan and I would love to see her in my next appointment, so gentle and kind. From the time I phoned the Inala radiology to make my appointment the whole process was totally above expectations and the complete appointment was without any issues and every member of the staff was polite and totally professional. So today I had to get a cortisone injection into my hand and I'm not going to lie I wasn't looking forward to it as I have had this in both my thumbs in the past and it's extremely painful, however the way I was greeted and treated was lovely but I was still very anxious. I had called and booked an ultrasound weeks in advance for a time sensitive scan. Two days prior to the appointment I receive a call asking to reschedule due to “staffing”. I rearranged my schedule and changed the appointment, only to arrive to the clinic and be told they do not perform the scan at the booked clinic. I was also then informed there are no available appointments for the next few weeks or I would have to travel 40 minutes to a different clinic.
