So today I had to get a cortisone injection into my hand and I'm not going to lie I wasn't looking forward to it as I have had this in both my thumbs in the past and it's extremely painful, however the way I was greeted and treated was lovely but I was still very anxious. I had called and booked an ultrasound weeks in advance for a time sensitive scan. Two days prior to the appointment I receive a call asking to reschedule due to “staffing”. I rearranged my schedule and changed the appointment, only to arrive to the clinic and be told they do not perform the scan at the booked clinic. I was also then informed there are no available appointments for the next few weeks or I would have to travel 40 minutes to a different clinic. Just had a ultrasound scan of my neck with Jordan and reviewed by the doctor on site. They were very careful and professional. 100% happy. Highly recommend this clinic. The receptionists are attentive and courteous too.
My doctor told me to go to I-Med for my ultrasound of my shoulder. I went and had it done there. Then I got a call from Exact saying I had to go see them for my ultrasound because my doctor referred me to them and I can't go anywhere else. Confused, I went to Exact Inala, had the ultrasound there too. Two days later, I see my doctor and he asked why I had two scans done. I explained and he was furious that Exact forced me to have it done again with them. Plus the report from Exact was totally different to the one I-Med wrote... read more
Recent experience with Dr Peter Dunn was 5 stars! Not only was Dr Dunn very gentle and explained everything perfectly, his assistant Khoa was amazing. I was put at ease immediately with his kind manner and he was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both
