Where do I start.. the receptionist at the front desk should not be working in customer service if she can’t master the common decency to treat people with respect. My mum came in 3 time to get an injection for her leg and not only did the reception lady (the Asian lady) was extremely rude and refused to give her a medical form so mum can take 2 days off work after her injection. I accompanied my elderly mother today for a CT spine. My mum has trouble positioning herself & getting up the bed. A Vietnamese tech who is approx middle age man and a student just watched her struggled to move. After helping mum positioned herself, I stepped back so they can scan her. The male student said, I was in the way outside so I went to the chairs. When I heard them finished I rushed back in so I can help my mum get up the CT bed. The tech was not there anymore. I have never encountered a more inefficient, unhelpful 'health' place in my life. Their paperwork says walk in for x-ray but because I have to have a shoulder ultrasound they wanted an appointment , contrary to what the medical center said. They also list a site at Chapel Hill that is no longer there, meaning I wasted 3 hours for nothing. If they are this bad at basic admin, I'm not letting them anywhere near my health
Amazing reception. The best I’ve experienced, these woman are so proficient, knowledgeable and just go above and beyond to accommodate and ensure the appointment run as smoothly as possible.
