Another person with the same type of review. How do they not know this is a problem yet?! I never received any kind of bill from this place, I don't even know when I used their service. I got a text from a collection agency stating I owe money to settle what I owe this place.
I have the same issue as many on here. My bill is under twenty dollars but I had no idea it was owed until I recieved a notice from a collection agency. What kind of dog and pony show are they doing here? They said the charge is from 2021, I have been in the same place since 2013. The collection agency just text me out of the blue in 2026. Add my complaint to the collection of apparently MANY others who didn’t receive any bill until they involved a debt collector. Kind of seems like a lawsuit or at least a complaint to the BBB. I called the number for their assistance and was told they couldn’t help me. Apparently them having my address correct proves they sent a bill. Wild.
Review after review after review all saying the same thing I am about to. This company mismanages their own billing, incorrectly bills insurance, gets denied for billing incorrectly, then sends the balance to a collections agency. They have done this again and again and yet fail to learn anything or make changes to their billing/insurance department. The representative I spoke with outright admitted that their billing is frequently incorrect and left open for 3+ years.
Just received a letter from a debt collector stating I never paid a bill of 12 dollars from 2021 and am now in collections. I see from every other comment here that your company seems to be scamming everyone. What is going on there????? Pull it together. I have never received this bill from you. I would certainly never allow a 12 dollar bill to damage my credit score. Someone there is making huge mistakes.
