My wife had a terrible operation through Miami Valley Hospital and these clowns were the ones that did the imaging. They sent us a bill (full amount) which i had, and have, insurance (also given to Miami Valley). Insurance paid (taking their time to do so) all but $43.xx of it. Instead of re-billing us, they sent it off to a debt collector to start harassing us and now will damage our credit (since the debt has been sold off to and is in collections). Received a collections notice from this company and NEVER received a bill. I assume they read an ultra sound I had done at Miami Valley. Much like every other review left for this company. Clearly someone in your billing department needs FIRED for not doing their job. How can this many people be saying they have NEVER received a bill before you start to question something??

Absolutely ridiculous practice. Received a bill from debt collections and it was sent to them within 5 months of the original appointment. When I called they stated I was given 2 previous letters from them with a bill which is not true. I never received anything from them and would not let something go unpaid. I would have called especially considering this bill is a complete surprise to me and was not explained I would have a bill from them in the first place. Received debt collection notice like everyone else. No bill received and no communication. Pay your doctors in one bill instead of farming things out to 12 different companies. Terrible practices.
