Beware of this company as they are the worst I have ever delt with in all of my 92 years. My wife was sent there by her Doctor for x rays. I have BCBS from the State of Michigan. They were told this at the time of the service. But they sent it to BCBS of Texas. I called them when they said we had no insurace, but all they wanted to do it argue with me. I’ve already paid my bill for an ultrasound I had. I was told that was all I had to pay at the hospital so I went ahead and took care of the amount then and there. A few months later I receive texts saying I owe almost 500 dollars! Make that make sense? They better resolve this issue!

Really disappointed with the service, the medical attention. They also invented extra charges that were not disclosed before starting the procedure. They told me congratulations your health insurance has approve the full coverage and two months later they sent me an invoice. That's a scam. I'll be never back again.

This business is run by some unprofessional individuals. The regular staff are very nice and professional. Billing is the issue. My insurance didn’t cover ultrasound and 3D mammogram. I received bill from radiology partners $50 greater than the insurance EOB. I didn’t check it before payment. So, radiology gave us 20% discount if I ll pay in full. I didn’t get any refund of $50 after multiple discussions with staff. No respect to patients who paid in full. Staff are really like low mental. Pretending like they did all right
