My daughter came in for an X-ray and ultrasound. She had to drink water for the ultrasound. When I tell you the condescending attitude of the woman at the front desk was literally wild. How are you going to have one staff member tell a child to drink water then have another tell them to discard it or step outside the line of the lobby to drink it. Stephany was absolutely the most amazing X-ray tech I have ever met. She took the time to make my 3 year old son feel comfortable, confident, and in control. She took an X-ray of a rubber duck to show him how the pictures work, took him on a tour of the radiology room, and explained the procedure in a way he could understand. The fluoroscopy went great.
