The facility was unsanitary and the staff were unprofessional.
Wait forever....even if I have an appointment. Ask me to be fasting 6 hours before exam. I Waited for 3 hours !!!!!
I've been a client here for more than 15 years and I have never, and I mean NEVER experienced such HORRENDOUS service until now. I was scheduled to have an ultrasound at 9:30 AM but the technician asked if another client who was scheduled at 11:00 AM to go first. The reason was simply because they lived in Laval.
