I was recently sent here by my doctor. Good staff and very professional I had a good experience. My scan was done on time and I felt that they knew what they were doing.
Staff courteous. Got same day MRI appointment. They have a large number of locations in Tucson so you can always find one that is close. Procedure went without a hitch; I kept my eyes closed entire time and did not feel claustrophobic nor did noise bother me. Gave me CD with images and mailed report promptly. You can access all test results on their website. United healthcare insurance paid $630 for lower back mri without contrast. This is a extremely large business that has lost sight of customer service. They call you with a recorded message to schedule an appointment, put you on hold and leave you there. When trying to call back and schedule an appointment for a MRI, the phone just rings and rings. Go some where else where you are not just treated like a commodity.
