Waited nearly 2.5 hours for service. The representative had ordered a wrong approval from insurance. They came out with an excuse that the insurance needed more details. Don't recommend this facility; unless you like the waiting time.
The place was very clean. However their turnaround is ridiculous. They told me it would take 48 hours to send a simple x-ray to my doctor. After 48 hours, he still hadn't received it. Now I have to wait an entire weekend to get the result. The woman at the front desk was cold and uncaring when I asked if she could get it to him in 24 hours, as if I was asking for something outrageous. I need a diagnosis before I can travel and now I won't have it. I do not recommend them.
