6:00am, 04/19/2023 Terrible company. We stopped using them two years ago, but our doctor in Green Valley said maybe give another chance Well, TERRIBLE AGAIN!!! Scheduled appointments at various locations based on my wife's test needs. Guess what?, ...had a 6:00am appt. to check in and actual exam at 6:30am at Wilmot Ctr., that THEIR SCHEDULER SET-UP!!!!!!!!!!! !!! NO ONE WAS THERE !!! Hours indicated opens at 8:00am. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their staff. It's the scheduling department. I have never called and not put on hold! The average wait time is 15 minutes. Do they need more staff or what? I mean how many people call in at once that creates such a long wait time?
On three different occasions over the past ten years, Radiology LTD has tried to over bill me. I received a statement in November stating I had a zero balance only to receive another statement in December billing me for services already paid for a year ago. Filing a fraud complaint. Beware of your bills.
