Impressed! Abibi, Farshid and Miguel were the most amazing MRI team. They were on-time, gentle, efficient and professional. You can tell they love their job and love helping patients. I have tough veins for IV’s and they made it painless and easy. Loved that the mri had images of fish swimming to help pass the time. Great team. Thank you Kaiser! Tiffany
My 87 year old mother was told she would have a 45min MRI appointment and instead they had her lying on her back in the MRI machine for almost 3 hours! No apology and no explanation. She was very upset and in pain from lying on her back for so long. What is wrong with a medical professional to do this to an older person?
The staff at the radiology department were incredibly rude to me and several other patients in the waiting room. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility.
