I had a CT scan done last Monday which would have been the 20th of July, it is now the 28th of July and still no results. This is absolutely disgusting of radiology. Somebody should not have to wait 7 days for a CT scan results. It gives you anxiety, it even makes you depressed and then when you call and you get several different answers it makes you disgusted. This is truly unacceptable of radiologist. Kaiser is a multi-million dollar company, either pay your employees better or get better employees to do their job.
I was turned away from my scheduled radiology appointment despite checking in on time, completing paperwork, and waiting. The radiologist, Liz, instructed the receptionist not to see me, stating she did not have enough help, was about to leave, and that my procedure would take too long. The department supervisor, Mike, later stated that Kaiser’s 15-minute grace period applies to some procedures but not mine, despite this never being communicated at scheduling or check-in. I enjoy seeing him whenever I have an appointment in this area because he is always so pleasant and professional in his interactions with patients. The worse department and rude staff. You will definitely receive a bad patient experience.
