I was turned away from my scheduled radiology appointment despite checking in on time, completing paperwork, and waiting. The radiologist, Liz, instructed the receptionist not to see me, stating she did not have enough help, was about to leave, and that my procedure would take too long. Rashied who works at the front desk of the radiology department is wonderful! I enjoy seeing him whenever I have an appointment in this area because he is always so pleasant and professional in his interactions with patients. He is truly a joy to encounter and I wanted to recognize him for his efforts and the kindness he consistently displays. Thank you Rashied!

The worse department and rude staff. You will definitely receive a bad patient experience.

I'm a Kaiser Permanente member in California and I'm coming to visit the east coast and contacting the Mid-Atlantic Kaiser was a real hassle they were not very helpful they were very rude and I still haven't accomplished what I needed to do over the phone so I guess if I have a health issue I will just use you emergency room for free. Lol thank you Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic region for ....nothing!
