This organization is completely incompetent as it relates to billing. Do not expect to see any actual bills, just eventual harassment from their credit collection agency. That will be the first time you find out there’s an outstanding bill. Just like every other 1-star review they’ve received, it’s a shame companies are allowed to operate this way. Got a bill in the mail from an x-ray for $222 and found they had old insurance information. Filled out the back of the bill where you can provide updated insurance and mailed that back. I assumed the whole thing was taken care of, silly me. Then I receive a text this morning that I’ve been sent to collections!! Why don’t they even attempt to send a second bill?? That would have been a sign to me that they didn’t update my insurance. I called in and spoke with someone very helpful who got it updated for me and told me she wou... read more

I was so concerned when I saw a high bill from Radiology, Inc saying my insurance wouldn’t cover my procedure. I called a sweet girl, Jaycie and turns out they had the wrong insurance entered in. Jaycie made me feel at ease. 5 stars!!
Never received a bill from Radiology Inc. but received texts from debt collector . Attempted to call Radiology Inc and got through but left on hold without talking to anyone. Makes me wonder if Radiology Inc even has a billing department or if they send bills straight to the debt collector.
