My son, was scheduled for an ultrasound for a cyst underneath his skin on his cheek/jaw. The ultrasound tech, Kelly or Katie, had terrible bed side manor. She calls Torres back to the room, the room was dark, and proceeds to act like she knew anything about her patient. She says,So she has a bump on her head? Unfortunately I’ve had to have several X-rays at the Scott’s Valley location and each and every time my experience has been positive. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes and the staff have been professional and friendly.

Wife had ultrasound appointment, technician called her in, back out in 5 minutes. Technician had "rudely" explained could not complete exam due to too much "WATER" consumption. Which had been recommended 🤔 pre exam. Procedure had to be rescheduled. Wife (who has worked in medical offices) felt Technician was not professional in treatment of patients.
