Doesn't know how to process VA insurance, then sent bill to collections after I called them telling them they need to process to VA.
I was very happy with Baystate Radiology and the way I was treated. They were very busy the day I went in but they processed my paperwork and got me in for my X-rays around a half hours time. The Radiologist was very professional and compassionate. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time I was in their care. The office was very clean and organized and they seemed to keep patients moving in and out while keeping wait times to a minimum. There is plenty of parking right out front and the location is very convenient.
