This the worst radiology billing service EVER!! DO NOT UTILIZE this service! We are made to use a portal that over charges, has no customer service, and they reject the request even when it is correct. I am literally putting the provider name is size 20 font and they still reject it. They do not even read what we send in. I suggest using Suburban Radiology, they at least give you your bills.
I visited last month for a second mammogram and ultrasound after something was detected in my initial screening. Donna, who performed my second mammogram, was incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped calm my nerves when I became emotional. She was truly an angel during a very stressful moment. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a cyst—praise God! Thank you so much, Donna!
