Had a MRI read by a doctor here last year. I’ve been getting a bill for a year and my insurance has been trying to contact them for a year. It is covered by my insurance but this place won’t send the information my insurance is requesting. I can never get ahold of anyone there. Now they send my bill to collections instead of sending the insurance the information they need so it can be paid. Why would I pay a giant bill when it is covered and the company won’t even bother sending the information insurance needs.

They send me bills that I've already paid, and I can't get anyone on the phone. I've been on hold for 40 minutes

Paying mostly out of pocket for imaging and radiologist failed to mention my ovaries on a pelvic/abdominal cat scan with contrast. (Even to mention they were not visible or appeared normal.) Also, radiology claimed there was no imaging to compare it to when I have multiple cat scans on file through covenant providers, spanning a ten year period. It's associated with Methodist and, being treated with less dignity than a zoo animal by this grotesque and inhuman "hospital," I always look forward to expressing my displeasure in any way possible over the distress this hellish place caused me.
