They referred me to collections BEFORE THEY EVER SENT A BILL which is absolutely unacceptable Absolutely awful company with horrific business practices, avoid at all costs.

Horrible, horrible billing! As a former medical biller, I am APPALLED at the practices of this company. I paid all bills IN FULL. However, they assign different account numbers to each date of service (one of only TWO companies I've worked with that do this). I mistakenly paid a full bill on one account number (instead of the two on the page). Did they take that balance and apply to the other service date? NOPE. Same issue as many other people have noted; they sent a bill directly to collections without ever contacting me even once. Even more absurd since it is a company operating inside the hospital apparently and had no reason to think there was another bill I had to pay outside of the hospital bill I paid. Someone could certainly start a class action lawsuit against this company for this issue that is obviously their standard operating procedure.

They never sent a bill because they incorrectly keyed my information from Children's hospital records (which is correct). They called me on 1/3 about a balance owed. I told them they need to process through my daughters secondary insurance. They said they would fox and send a new bill if there was one and would have someone reach out. No one ever did. On the 22nd I got a text from a debt collector for a balance due of $38 (was never told the balance until it went to collections). I called and had them reverse the collections... read more
