Always friendly, they know me by name which may or may not be a good thing lol they did an amazing job helping me with my two reconstructive surgeries. From the xray to the receptionist, genuine professionalism. I didn't feel rushed and they answered all my questions, gave me references..Wasn't supposed to be able to lift 25-50lbs over my head ever again but I can do much more and have received promotions due to what I am still able to do. This people save lives and certainly saved mine.
I took my son there today. They were awsome. Warm welcoming.. They accept our insurance. It took only 5 minutes to be out and I asked them for CD they gave it to me just in a minute.. I like them.. While living here I will prefer this place for Imaging...
There are 25 chairs in reception room. I was the only one there. They were rude from the moment I walked in the door. They acted like they were so busy. I waited an HOUR before they took me back (beyond my appt time). It was freezing. I asked for covers before and the tech put a thin sheet over me. I was shivering and told her yet she walked out and I had to hold still for the procedure. When I called I was quoted one price because I have a large deductible.
