Grumpy receptionist. She huffed about a simple questions. I think her name was Shelley, she didn't introduce herself. But, She needs to work on her customer service. Nurse Kathy was great though!
Gloria is amazong, she took such good care of me! And the ultrasound tech was the sweetest women!
