Today was a very busy day at this place so it took longer than I would have liked to get to the actual test (MRI of cervical spine); but once I was taken to the prep room and the actual test all went very well. The technician was very pleasant and efficient and I was well pleased with this location.

Was a pleasure dealing with RIA. Entire process and communication was great from the minute the appointment was made right through the day of my scan. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous and it was a very simple process. I felt they did everything they could to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
