My husband had many procedures at R & I in Bay State Med. Ctr. in Sept. 2024, after a serious auto accident. While we have no complaints about the care he received, the billing process was deplorable! Our lawyer called them "notorious" for poor service in this dept. We had to struggle and with Medicare for a YEAR while waiting for our insurance settlement, as R & I persisted in making mistakes in filing their claims, even when our lawyer gave them explicit instructions. Very polite staff. The mamogram itself went well. Very clean. I’ve been coming to Radiology and Imaging for over 20 years. I never would choose another place to go.
