From the moment I called for an appointment I was treated excellently! I spoke with someone who gave me an appointment the same week. I was so relieved - First of all someone answered the phone - it wasn’t a message ! When I arrived today I was greeted by the most congenial knowledgeable, polite staff - with smiling faces. Isabella and Rosy were helping me. And I believe I spoke with Rachel ! I was taken on time by Mayline, the ultrasound technician. She was excellent! I was very pleased with this facility!
The staff was cordial and supportive. They promptly followed up with the insurance to ensure timely approval of the MRI. The appointment was on time & the technician was professional!
Highly recommend, a positive experience for imaging and helpful staff!
