I was scheduled for surgery in less than a week and had to get a chest x-ray. I was really stressed that I wouldn’t get it completed in time for me to have the surgery. I cannot say enough about how Professional Radiology Diagnostic Medical Imaging in Plantation is. The two women working in the front were very helpful and even expedited my results to my primary doctor so all was completed well in advance of my surgery. Would definitely use this facility again in the future.

Where do I even start? This place was a nightmare!! The CT scan department wasn’t the problem… it was the ultrasound department. I had an 8:30AM ultrasound appointment, only to receive a call a few hours later telling me that all of my images had been lost or were never saved and that I needed to go back. I was absolutely livid. Having to repeat the ultrasound because the images weren’t saved is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the ultrasound technician, Lorena, gave off a very strange vibe. From the moment I called for an appointment I was treated excellently! I spoke with someone who gave me an appointment the same week. I was so relieved - First of all someone answered the phone - it wasn’t a message ! When I arrived today I was greeted by the most congenial knowledgeable, polite staff - with smiling faces. Isabella and Rosy were helping me. And I believe I spoke with Rachel ! I was taken on time by Mayline, the ultrasound technician. She was excellent! I was very pleased with this facility!

The staff was cordial and supportive. They promptly followed up with the insurance to ensure timely approval of the MRI. The appointment was on time & the technician was professional!
