The person who scheduled me didn't tell me exactly where "in the back of the hospital" to go. The MyChart pre-sign-in was a waste because they asked me the same questions at sign-in. I had to give all my info to a receptionost who then said someone would sign me in, in a few. What was the point of talking to her? Also, my husband was told he had to stay in the waiting room. Have to wait 10 days for mammogram results! Refuse to realease results even to my Doctor. It has been a week and it has not even been looked at.
