The staff is very friendly, I was attended immediately, very clean. Excellent service.
The receptionist is dismissive and rude, and even for a emergency mamogram you will waits 8 weeks. Non urgent over a year. After a nightmare dealing with this place trying to get a urgent mamogram for 2 months (and then told to wait another 8 weeks). My dr gave up and referred me to Mb xray clinic, who are seeing me 2 DAYS after referral.
Went for testing this morning and I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic- from reception, where I was kindly and promptly greeted by Linda then directed to Angela, who did my testing. Angela's expertise and client centered care was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and to take care when working with my previous shoulder injury while administering my test. This clinic exceeded my expectations with their caliber of care. The professionalism from front desk to testing was top tier.
The last was a bit long but it was worth it for the service I received. Such a kind group of professionals working at this clinic - I was so grateful with the time and attention they provided me.
Highly recommend. Staff was super friendly and I was able to speak to specialists right away instead of having to wait weeks for results. Reception is happy to field calls checking for cancellations. Clean, welcoming office. Can’t say enough about how much I appreciated my experience here.
