This company is ridiculous! They did a CT with contrast which they messed it up. I was told to come in that they would do a MRI this time, which I wouldn't be charged for. Well here we are 6 months later and I am still fighting with them. I have a $1400 bill for two procedures, which I am making payments on so it don't go to collections hoping to get this resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Same as the others. Got a spammy looking email and deleted it. Then got a text. The receipt does not have their contact information on it and does not look legit.
These billing practices of this place are horrible. They have started sending a text with a link that looks like a scam. Yeah, sure, I provided this number to my medical provider, as well as every spammer that sends me junk like this. Start sending regular bills like a normal company.
I, like everyone else here, wish I could give these people negative stars. I was sent to collections after they “sent me a bill in July”. One time, they sent a bill that I never received. How ridiculous. Make sure your provider does not utilize their services- have been on the phone with them three times in the last two weeks trying to figure out why they think it’s appropriate to send someone to collections, when they have not received a single bill.
