Incompetent billing and poor communication. This is the worst company we have ever had to deal with. This company has spent a year trying to bill our 13-year-old daughter directly. Despite six phone calls and the bill being fully paid by us (the parents), they continue to call our house claiming she is delinquent. We have wasted hours of our lives trying to fix their mistakes. Facility seemed solid, physicians were solid. The company itself will send multiple invoices for the same procedure, send you invoices with account numbers that are not accurate, and make it difficult to get someone the phone. Will avoid them just from the administrative side going forward, not worth the hassle.
They employ deceptive billing practices and will use their "internal peer review team" to justify the bill and refuse to send the medical records to you when requested.
