Their billing is absolutely awful! I received a bill for an amount of $191.14 in August. THe statement didn't even reflect what was being billed. But I assumed I was paying what was on the statement plus for my MRI, which was no where stated on the itemized statement. I paid the full amount online in August. I received another bill in September for the exact same thing on the last statement. We received the EOB for both of them in July so it should have all been on the August bill. Sep 3/2025 at 10.00 am I called to pay my medical bill ,first a girl answers the phone ,her name is Tiffanie ,her voice was not nice to talking with me .Her position to talk with people all over the world living in the United State she didn't"t understand ' what customer talking about ? ' how can she does good this job . All they need to change their voice for improvement of the business .If I go online to pay bill and every body will do that they don"t need you guy no more...
I've never even been here before and I got a letter from one of their collection agencies asking for money.
Believe everything you read about their horrific billing department. The absolute worst. I can't speak to their actual service, because I have no idea what they did, nor when. (See previous about horrific billing department.)
The medical services may be fine, but as other reviewers have noted, the billing department (an external service) is horrible. My wife had a mammogram and they submitted the bill to BC/BS with me as the patient and the claim was denied as I have Medicare but my wife doesn't. The denial was on coordination of care because BC/BS expected Medicare to handle the initial claim. The billing service said they would resubmit the claim to BC/BS with my wife as the patient, but according to BC/BS, they didn't. The billing department t... read more
