I have never received a bill from Radiology Consultants of Texas but all of the sudden I am receiving text messages from Synerprise Consulting Services, a debt collection agency. I would give a zero if I could. This company REFUSES to correct my insurance information. I spoke with a patient advocate at Hillcrest who says that this should not be happening as this company is given the correct information at the time of service - every time! This has been going on for 4 years and I have spoken to everyone I can get a hold of (which takes forever!), and nothing changes! Will scam you with billing. If you go to an emergency room vist and need a scan, ask who is providing. If it's someone from here, try to get someone else. If you're unfortunate enough to get them, expect random bills up to a year or more later for things that should have been paid for.
Billing office is rude and inaccurately bills insurance. completely impatient. visit was 8/26 billed 9/13 and insurance approved it but because they didn't get paid by 9/14 they began calling me and sending me letters. Not even 30 days from date of service. Super rude when trying to sort it out.
