Went in for a company physical exrays paid by company and they are trying to double bill me there is several people that they are doing this to and most people give in and pay the personal bill that was already paid by the company, This sounds like fraud but they have been getting away with this for 5 years that I know of because I have to deal with collection every year, I am very disappointed in this company and have talked with several of the billing people yet they continue to do this every year.

They billed me multiple times even though they hade been paid by my insurance and cashed the check. My insurance notified them that had been paid. Instead of reviewing their books, they went fishing and found my adult daughter's email. They promptly sent her the bill two different times. Yes, there is a federal HIPPAA violation investigation ongoing. Beware, Renown contracts with this company for reading images. You might want to go somewhere else to get your imaging done.
