They billed me multiple times even though they hade been paid by my insurance and cashed the check. My insurance notified them that had been paid. Instead of reviewing their books, they went fishing and found my adult daughter's email. They promptly sent her the bill two different times. Yes, there is a federal HIPPAA violation investigation ongoing. Beware, Renown contracts with this company for reading images. You might want to go somewhere else to get your imaging done.
The professional staff at St Mary’s Radiologic imaging are the best I have met in Reno. The nurses call in advance and provide instructions in the warmest way (in addition to written reminders). The pre procedure admission care on scheduled day is provided by the expert and caring nurses in the Surgical pre-op care area. The staff was nice and they made me feel comfortable
They are absolutely terrible at scheduling. Checked in at St.Mary's Reno , nice facility, with Lake Tahoe framed photos in small waiting ropm.So much better tech than at Urgent Care. But impersonal and opaque on the business side. One pleasant admin. person has fwd my feedback, doubt it will get beyond their bureaucracy
